where the name ”mooskopf” comes from
|
|
|
A part of the forest near the village in germany where I grew up is called Mooskopf.
The ground is very soft there, and it is the highest point of the hill. A direct translation would be “moss-grown head”.
I like the name because it sounds funny. I used it as nickname for my CB-radio activities when I was young (in fact I still am -:)).
